Cinnamon Bread
There is something about baking that is very satisfying. Baking bread is something that, until recently, evaded me. It seemed no matter how I tried, the bread would just not come out right. It would be too dense or too "yeasty" tasting. But now it has become one of my favorite things to bake. I am a cupcake baker by trade. I love making the tasty little cups of yummy sweets. But bread happens to be my favorite food. I love it with soup, spaghetti or chili. I love it plain and toasted. I love it with butter melting into the softness. I guess you got it! I love bread!
